Squishmallows Original 2024 Christmas 4-Inch Holiday Mystery Capsule
This mystery capsule offers a playful holiday element with its random surprise plush in festive designs, making it an exciting gift choice. Unlike the larger, more detailed Squishmallows like the 12-inch Buddy the Elf, this 4-inch capsule emphasizes surprise and collectibility over size or display value. The soft plush texture and Christmas theme make it appealing for holiday gifting, but the randomness of color can be a drawback for those with specific preferences. It’s ideal for kids who love surprises or collectors looking to add a fun, small item to their set. However, those seeking a specific character or color might find this less satisfying. Best for gift-givers wanting holiday surprises or collectors seeking small seasonal collectibles.Pros:- Cute holiday-themed design that captures seasonal spirit
- Soft and squishy texture enhances tactile appeal
- Ideal size for gifting or collection on the go
Cons:- Random color may not match recipient’s preferences
- Limited to a single plush per capsule, which may feel restrictive
Best for: Parents and collectors who enjoy surprise elements and holiday-themed collectibles
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting a specific character or larger plush for display purposes
- Size:4 inches
- Theme:Christmas 2024
- Type:Mystery capsule
- Material:Soft plush
Our verdict“This capsule is perfect for those who enjoy the element of surprise and festive collectibles, but less so for fans seeking specific characters or larger plush toys.”
Squishmallows Original 12in Buddy The Elf Plush
This 12-inch Buddy the Elf plush stands out for its size and official Warner Brothers licensing, making it a strong choice for fans who want a more substantial, ready-to-display holiday character. Compared to the smaller Micromallows, this plush offers more presence and detail, though its larger size might be less suitable for travel or small spaces. Its ultrasoft fabric guarantees snuggly comfort, but the limited size options could be a drawback for those seeking variety in plush dimensions. This plush makes the most sense for fans who want a recognizable holiday icon to showcase or gift. Best for serious collectors, fans, and those wanting a more substantial plush display piece.Pros:- Soft, cuddly material with high-quality finish
- Officially licensed product adds collectible value
- Substantial size makes it a gift or display standout
Cons:- Limited size options restrict variety for those wanting different dimensions
- May be too soft or floppy for children needing more structure
Best for: Holiday collectors and fans of licensed Squishmallows seeking a display-ready plush
Not ideal for: Young children who prefer smaller, more manageable plush toys or for casual decor
- Size:12 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft, high-quality fabric
- Licensed:Yes
- Brand:Squishmallows
Our verdict“This plush is ideal for fans and collectors wanting a sizable, official holiday character to add to their collection or display shelf.”
Squishmallows Micromallows 4-Pack Holiday Wreath
This set of four 2.5-inch Micromallows offers a compact, adorable way to incorporate holiday cheer into everyday spaces, with characters like Guri the Gnome adding festive charm. Compared with larger Squishmallows such as the 12-inch Buddy, these tiny figures are more about portability and versatility in display options. Their small size limits their appeal for cuddling or as main plush toys, but they excel as holiday decorations or stocking stuffers. The specific holiday theme may restrict year-round use, yet they’re perfect for collectors who enjoy filling small spaces with seasonal characters. Best for holiday decor enthusiasts or collectors who want tiny, portable plushes.Pros:- Small size makes them easy to display or carry
- Includes popular holiday characters like Falala and Guri
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic branding
Cons:- Limited size may not satisfy plush lovers seeking larger options
- Holiday-specific theme might limit use beyond the season
Best for: Holiday decorators and collectors seeking small, themed plush for gift-giving or display
Not ideal for: Those wanting larger, cuddly plush toys primarily for hugging or play
- Size:2.5 inches
- Quantity:4-pack
- Theme:Holiday Wreath
Our verdict“These tiny plushes are perfect for holiday decor or as small gifts, though they fall short for those seeking plush for cuddling or year-round display.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar packs 24 tiny 2.5-inch Micromallows, turning the holiday countdown into a daily surprise with characters like Benny the Bigfoot. It’s a clever way to incorporate daily excitement into holiday traditions, especially compared to single plush options like the 4-inch mystery capsule. The small size makes it ideal for display or gifting, but may disappoint those seeking larger plushes for hugging or prominent decor. Its holiday theme and limited character variety make it a niche product, best suited for serious collectors or families who enjoy daily surprises. Best for collectors who love holiday countdowns and small seasonal collectibles.Pros:- Includes 24 unique holiday-themed Micromallows
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Creates a festive countdown experience
Cons:- Small size may not appeal to all plush fans
- Limited to holiday characters, reducing year-round use
Best for: Families and collectors seeking a fun, daily holiday activity with small plush surprises
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger, more plushy items or non-seasonal collectibles
- Size:2.5 inches
- Items:24
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This advent calendar is ideal for holiday enthusiasts and collectors who enjoy daily surprises, but less suited for those seeking larger plush toys.”
Squishmallows Original Harvest 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) – Amazon Exclusive
This 4-pack introduces a cozy mix of characters like Ulana the Turkey and Alberta the Maple Latte, emphasizing variety within a small size. Compared to the Micromallows sets, these plushes are slightly larger and more detailed, offering a richer tactile experience. The plush material is notably soft and high-quality, perfect for fans who want a small but more substantial plush. However, the limited size and exclusive availability as a 4-pack may not satisfy those seeking a single plush or larger sizes. Perfect for collectors who enjoy themed sets and variety. Best for collectors wanting a small, high-quality assortment of holiday-themed plush.Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush fabric
- Includes four distinct characters for variety
- Exclusive Jazwares packaging adds collectible value
Cons:- Limited size may not appeal to plush lovers wanting larger items
- Only available as a 4-pack, reducing flexibility in purchasing
Best for: Collectors who prefer themed sets with multiple characters in a compact size
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking larger plush toys for hugging or display prominence
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Material:Ultrasoft, high-quality fabric
- Characters:Ulana the Turkey, River the Blue Beaver, Rhett the Black French Bulldog, Alberta the Maple Latte
- Size:Little
Our verdict“This set is best for collectors who want a small, plush variety with premium feel, but not for those seeking larger or individual plush toys.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log with Holly – Official Holiday Plush
This 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log plush stands out for its charm and authentic holiday appeal, making it ideal for collectors who want a festive centerpiece. Compared with larger options like the 10-inch Cam Cat, Fleur’s compact size makes it perfect for display or gifting in smaller spaces, but it might feel less substantial for those seeking a more prominent holiday plush. Its high-quality, ultrasoft material ensures cozy cuddles, and the detailed Holly accents enhance its seasonal appeal. The inclusion of a bio and name adds collectible value, especially for fans who enjoy character backstories. However, its limited size and themed design mean it may not serve well as a year-round plush or for children seeking larger, more versatile toys. Perfect for holiday collectors or those looking for a festive display piece.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality material ideal for cuddling
- Unique holiday theme with Holly embellishments
- Includes a name and bio for added collectible appeal
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
Cons:- Limited to 8 inches, less impactful as a display piece
- Holiday-specific design restricts year-round use

Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This 4-pack offers a variety of cute characters like Maritza the Cactus and Tinsley the Peppermint Latte, making it an excellent choice for gifting or expanding a holiday collection. Compared with the single larger plush like the Stitch Holiday, this set provides a variety of characters in a compact package, appealing for kids who enjoy variety and storytelling. Each plush features ultrasoft material that’s perfect for cuddling, and the individual backstories enrich the gift-giving experience. The main tradeoff is its small size—these are best for younger children or as stocking stuffers, not for display or active play by older kids. Its Amazon exclusivity may also limit availability for some shoppers. Ideal for parents or collectors seeking a fun, affordable holiday set for kids.
Pros:- Includes four distinct characters with individual backstories
- Soft, ultrasoft plush for cuddling
- Great for holiday gifting or stocking stuffers
- Official Jazwares product
Cons:- Limited to small size, less impact as a display piece
- Exclusive to Amazon, may be hard to find elsewhere

Not ideal for: Collectors wanting larger, display-worthy plush or those seeking plush for long-term decoration
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Maritza, Stevon, Clayton, Tinsley
- Material:Ultrasoft plush

Our verdict“A versatile and adorable holiday gift set perfect for kids and collectors seeking variety in a compact form.”
Squishmallows 8-Inch Stitch Holiday Plush
The 8-inch Stitch plush offers a lovable, recognizable character from the Disney franchise, making it a hit with fans and collectors alike. Compared with the Fleur Yule Log, Stitch’s licensed status adds familiarity and appeal to Disney fans, but it may lack the seasonal uniqueness of Fleur’s holiday-themed design. Its super soft polyester construction makes it a cozy companion for travel or cuddling, but its limited character scope might disappoint those looking for a broader variety of plush characters. Its compact size makes it portable, though some older children or adult collectors might prefer larger plush for display. This pick is best for Disney lovers or those wanting a recognizable holiday character.
Pros:- Super soft and cuddly for hugging
- Perfect size for travel and holiday gifting
- Licensed Disney character adds familiarity
- Ideal for fans of Stitch or Disney collectibles
Cons:- Limited to Stitch character, less variety
- May be too small for display by older collectors
Best for: Disney fans or collectors seeking a licensed, portable holiday plush for cuddling or travel
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking non-licensed, seasonal-exclusive plush or larger display pieces
- Brand:Jazwares
- Character:Stitch
- Size:8 inches
- Material:Polyester
- Licensed:Yes
Our verdict“A delightful licensed plush perfect for Disney enthusiasts or as a portable holiday gift.”
Squishmallows 10-Inch Cam Cat Holiday Plush Toy
At 10 inches, Cam Cat offers a slightly larger size for those who want a plush that can be both a snuggly companion and a display piece. Compared with the smaller 8-inch Stitch, Cam Cat’s size makes it more suitable for kids and collectors who prefer a plush with a bit more presence. Its adorable holiday-themed design and high ratings make it a reliable choice for snuggling or gifting. However, its character-specific appeal and size may limit versatility—it’s not as portable as smaller plush, and younger children might need supervision due to its size. This plush is best for those who want a charming, slightly larger holiday companion. Ideal for kids and collectors looking for a holiday plush with more presence.
Pros:- Super soft and cuddly for comfort
- Adorable holiday-themed design
- 10-inch size strikes a good balance between portability and presence
Cons:- Limited to the Cam Cat character, less variety
- May be too large for very young children or travel needs
Best for: Parents or collectors wanting a more substantial, adorable holiday plush for cuddling or display
Not ideal for: Those seeking small, travel-friendly plush or a non-character-specific item
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Model Number:SQXM00705
- UPC:196566384064
- Age Range:24 months and up
- Item Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Cam Cat
- Size:10 inches
Our verdict“A charming, slightly larger holiday plush ideal for cuddling and display for kids and collectors alike.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This festive set features four ultrasoft plush toys—Ingred the Purple Cow, Omar the Bear, Marilyn the Green Pickle Ornament, and Luna the Penguin—each with a unique personality. Compared with the Fleur Yule Log or Stitch, this set offers a range of characters for varied display or gifting options, making it especially appealing for collectors who enjoy variety. Its small, 4-pack size is ideal for stocking stuffers or adding a splash of holiday cheer to a collection, but the limited size and holiday-only theme mean it may not be suited for display year-round or for those looking for larger plush. The set’s official status guarantees quality, but availability may be limited. This set makes sense for holiday enthusiasts who want a variety of cute, collectible plush.
Pros:- Includes four unique characters with backstories
- Soft, ultrasoft plush for cuddling
- Festive holiday designs add seasonal cheer
- Official Jazwares product
Cons:- Limited to holiday characters, less versatile
- Small size may not appeal to collectors seeking larger plush
Best for: Collectors or gift-givers interested in a diverse, holiday-themed plush set for kids or display
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting large, display-worthy plush or year-round decor
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, Luna
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“A colorful, holiday-themed set perfect for gifting or building a diverse plush collection during the season.”

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
Choosing the right squishmallows for the holidays involves more than picking cute plushes. Consider factors like size, design, and exclusivity to match your needs. Deciding between sets and single plushes can impact your budget and gifting options. Understanding these broader considerations ensures you get the best value and holiday spirit in your purchase.Size and Display
Size influences how you use squishmallows during the holidays. Smaller Micromallows are perfect for decorating smaller spaces or stocking stuffers, while larger plushes serve as festive decor or cuddly gifts. Think about where you plan to display or gift the plush and choose accordingly to avoid buying a size that doesn’t fit your needs.
Design and Theming
Holiday squishmallows come in a variety of themes, from classic Christmas characters to wintery logs. Consider whether the plush matches your holiday decor or gift recipient’s interests. Unique designs, like limited-edition or exclusive sets, can elevate your collection but often come at higher prices or limited availability.
Price and Sets
Pricing varies widely, especially between single plushes and multi-packs. Sets often provide better value per item but may lack personalization. If you’re buying for a specific person, a single, character-themed plush might be more meaningful. Budget-conscious buyers should weigh whether multi-packs offer enough holiday cheer for the cost.
Exclusivity and Availability
Limited editions and exclusive sets tend to sell out quickly, making early purchase advantageous. However, their rarity can drive prices up. Consider whether you prefer to focus on widely available plushes for ease of purchase or are willing to seek out limited items for special value or collection purposes.
Quality and Comfort
While all squishmallows aim for softness, craftsmanship varies. Higher-quality plushes often feature more detailed embroidery and durable stitching, lasting longer as collectibles or gifts. Cheaper options may feel less plush and more toy-like, which might be fine for casual gifting but less appealing for serious collectors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are squishmallows suitable as holiday gifts for all ages?
Squishmallows are generally great for a wide range of ages, thanks to their soft texture and adorable designs. However, very young children should be mindful of small parts on some limited-edition plushes, which could pose a choking hazard. For older kids and adults, they make charming collectibles or seasonal decorations that many appreciate as holiday gifts.
How do I choose between a set and a single holiday squishmallow?
Sets tend to be more cost-effective and perfect for decorating or gifting multiple people at once, especially if you want to spread holiday cheer broadly. Single plushes are better suited for personalized gifts or if you’re targeting a specific character or theme. Consider your budget, the recipient’s preferences, and whether you want a cohesive collection or a unique piece.
Are limited-edition squishmallows worth the extra cost?
Limited editions often feature exclusive designs and higher craftsmanship, making them appealing for collectors or dedicated fans. However, they typically come with a higher price tag and limited availability, which could lead to disappointment if they sell out quickly. If collecting or owning a unique piece matters, they may be worth the investment, but casual buyers can often find satisfying options in regular collections.
Can I wash squishmallows safely?
Most squishmallows are machine washable on a gentle cycle, but always check the care label first. Washing can help maintain freshness and remove dirt, especially after holiday use or gifting. Avoid harsh detergents and high heat, as these can damage the plush’s softness and shape over time, reducing their lifespan as holiday decorations or collectibles.
When is the best time to buy holiday squishmallows?
The best time to purchase is typically early in the holiday season, when most limited editions and sets are still available. Buying early also helps avoid last-minute price spikes or sold-out items. Keep an eye on online restocks and exclusive releases, as some plushes sell out quickly and may only be available through secondary markets at higher prices.
Conclusion
For shoppers seeking the best overall holiday squishmallow, the Buddy The Elf Plush offers a perfect blend of festive charm and plush quality. Those on a budget should consider the Micromallows Holiday Wreath for adorable seasonal decor at a lower price. Collectors or gift givers aiming for a premium experience will find the Fleur the Yule Log offers detailed craftsmanship and exclusivity. Beginners or casual buyers can opt for multi-packs for easy holiday decorating, while dedicated collectors might prioritize limited editions. By aligning your choice with your needs—whether decoration, gifting, or collection—you’ll find a plush that spreads holiday cheer perfectly tailored for you.Fall Picks
